What is a S.T.E.A.M. Playlab?
The Playlab is a nonprofit children's science center committed to inspiring a love of learning by showcasing a community that is a agricultural, manufacturing, educational and technology hub in northeast Ohio. Our goal is to provide a high quality "hands-on" experience for families, students and learners of all ages and abilities in our facility.
Why the Playlab Exists
At the Playlab, we believe that great science centers and museums (Playlabs) are a reflection of their communities, both as they exist and their aspirations for the future. Our plan reflects the hopes, dreams, and ambitions, being a plan that was developed with the input of hundreds of area citizens, including corporate and community leaders, educators, parents and children.
